For children and teens

As a no-impact form of exercise, Yoga can get your children off to a life of fitness and healthy habits without injury or damage to their growing bodies.

It helps children burn off excess energy. By increasing the flow of endorphins, it helps relieve the emotional stresses of peer and social pressure that adolescents face daily.

We teach a kids class once a month! Ages 4-12

We also offer a couple Yin Yoga classes per month – this non-heated class may be good for your teenagers.

Does your child want to try the hot class? Before bringing your child to a Bikram Hot Yoga class, please take a class yourself to better decide if it’s right for them. Please also be aware you must sign a waiver for children under 18 and accompany children under 15.
