Bikram Hot Yoga instructors bring six to nine weeks of rigorous training under the direction of Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury, as well as Craig Villani, to their work. They also bring a contagious love of Bikram Hot Yoga and a healthy commitment to sharing it with as many people as possible.
